NLP is not therapy. Therefore, it is not necessary to be spending time on replaying the “old story” of your life, which can result in making you feel worse. You are already the expert of your problem and spending more time on why you have your problems does not tend to generate change. Knowledge often is not always transformational because we get entangled in the stress response. More often than not, we need to have an experiential process in order to motivate change. In fact, many people come to me and share that they have been in therapy for a long time, have read dozens of self-help books and yet still get activated with the same triggers feeling debilitated as if changing feels out of reach.
We combine NLP with Hypnosis because it is spectacularly good for fast and efficient change.
The programmed mind (unconscious) runs the show as you grow. Our programing needs to be upgraded! We consciously want to make changes by raising our emotional intelligence and not base our decisions from fear, scarcity or negative past experiences.
For example, I have clients who share their story in great details as to why they have a phobia, yet the phobia is still running their decisions (self-sabotaging) holding them back from taking an elevator, or going into the water, or running at the sight of a spider etc...
