WHAT I DO
I empower clients to optimize their lives, heal from past traumas, cultivate happiness and lasting results. I believe that every person has all the resources within themselves to transcend their limitations, express their authenticity without fear, and embrace their true selves. My approach combines evidence-based techniques rooted in neuroscience with a deep understanding of the human experience.
My life’s journey has been a tapestry of resilience, adventure, and transformation; weaving together diverse experiences that have shaped me into the Master Practitioner I am today! Growing up in a French speaking community in Montreal, I faced early challenges in communication and navigating a household where practical conversations often overshadowed emotional expression. Yet, even as a child, my entrepreneurial spirit shined through. I started my first business at 7 years old. I was driven by a determination to buy myself a radio telephone (I am sure some of you may remember). This fearlessness marked the beginning of my journey towards connecting with others and having already an understanding of the nuances in communication.
In college, I developed a passion for language studies. Learning Spanish, English, and later German opened doors to new worlds and highlighted the complexities of communication. My professors recognized my unique talent for bridging cultural and linguistic gaps, leading to an intriguing opportunity with Canada’s Counterintelligence Unit.
Throughout my education and career, I lived abroad and traveled the world (23 countries and counting). I gained valuable insights into different cultures and perspectives. However, my path was not without hurdles. A painful experience I had growing up was in my English class. I faced ridicule, numerous times, and experienced shame from my teacher. Being bullied left deep scars, fostering a harsh inner critic that overshadowed me throughout my career. Little did I know, this lived experience instilled feelings of inadequacy and ultimatly I thought that not speaking up for myself kept me safe and served me well at the time.
Despite the challenges faced in childhood, I flourished academically, earning sought after scholarships from the Canadian and German governments. I pursued a Master’s Degree in Linguistics and Communication, both in Montreal and Munich. The years I lived in Germany, and also the many countries I visited in Europe and the Middle East were transformative. I witnessed firsthand how perceptions shape reality. I encountered the foundational concepts of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP); the understanding that our internal map of the world can be distorted by our personal experiences and beliefs, which influence our actions and behaviours.
In the darkest hours of my struggles, when I felt lost and burdened by deep depression and CPTSD, I found an unexpected lifeline through a connection with the Trappist Monks. As I wrestled with my despair, I received a call from the Monastery. Since the monks are secludeed from the outside world, I was in disbelief —how could this be possible? I did secretely, afterall, wish for that call, but they couldn't have known. They said that they heard my request and that's why they called......
Over the following years, the Monks shared profound insights about faith, compassion, and the transformative power of intention. I realized that there was a deeper meaning to my journey or to life's journey. The Monks taught me what it truly means to let go, to be present, and to cultivate a sense of peace within myself. They introduced me to the teachings of Father Thomas Keating, the Creator of Centering Prayers, Themes of Human Suffering and Love. His teachings resonated deeply with my own lived experiences. My encounter with the Monks was not just a moment of clarity, it was a turning point that illuminated the path toward my healing and self-discovery. I emerged from this mystical experience with a commitment and dedication to help others find their way through darkness, just as I had been guided.
When we moved to California, I was exposed to a culture that openly embraced mental health discussions. It was here that I enrolled in the Hoffman Process, a week-long experiential journey that delved into the roots of trauma and emotional release. This profound experience taught me that knowledge alone does not create transformation, it is the integration of emotional healing that fosters true change. I emerged from this process equipped with a deeper understanding of Neuro-Linguistic Programming recognizing its invaluable techniques, mechanisms, and together with Hypnosis, they create a powerful real change. I became a Hoffman Graduate Group Leader and have been leading groups since 2017.
Trained under Dr. Richard Bandler and Dr. Juan Antonio Perez, Master Trainer of NLP and Hypnosis, I learned the relentless pursuit of excellence. I was awarded the certification of a Licensed Master Practitioner of NLP and Hypnosis by Dr. Bandler, the Co-Creator and Developer of NLP.
Now, I dedicate my life to helping individuals and organizations navigate their unique challenges.
My rich background in multiculturalism, linguistics and communication, combined with 25+ years of corporate experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Sales, Management and Business Development, provides me with a subject matter expert perspective on the intricacies of human behavior, giving you the ability to easily and quickly transform you life. I create inclusive environments where people are excited to design a brighter future and feel truly good about themselves.
In my workshops and group events, I leverage my natural talent for public speaking and take a creative approach to engage participants. I believe that humor and authenticity are essential for fostering meaningful connections. Sessions are transformational.
